Elif Sezgin a.k.a ecif

Hello!

I am Elif and I grew up on Heybeli Island in Istanbul, which is one of the princess islands of historical Istanbul. As a school girl, we moved to the big city called Istanbul. City life was quite strange. There were so many cars on the streets, the air was polluted and difficult to breathe.

I work as an art director for 10 years in many different global advertising agencies. I am a designer, art director and my passion is designing toys. I created “Mutant Power” in 2011 March, to put the computer aside for a while and enjoy creating with my hands; turning the characters I have drawn into soft toys. I draw, design, sew and write stories of my characters.
